Production Manager-Winnipeg

**Filled** Our client is a custom cabinet manufacturer within the high end single family housing market. They offer a complete cabinetry design, construction and installation service, and are known as leaders in the Winnipeg market. The new PRODUCTION MANAGER will be entrepreneurial and possess the drive and energy to offer their solutions as the company continues to grow.
As a member of the management team the successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the production and installation process and manage a team of 12-15 employees.
Specific Duties include:
- Review blueprints and prepare for production drawing
- Breakout material requirements and order on a timely basis
- Schedule all production, installation and delivery requirements
- Supervision of quality control and safety requirements
- Work with site supervisors, designers, customers and architects
- Track change orders
- Design and implementation of operational procedures
Specific Requirements include:
- Experience as a production manager in a manufacturing environment
- Experience training, hiring, reviewing and managing employees
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial attitude, the desire to operate with a large degree of autonomy
Experience in the following would be considered an asset:
- Millwork
- CNC machines
- AutoCAD design programs
- Machine maintenance schedules
Compensation will be commensurate to experience and qualifications and we offer an aggressive compensation and benefits package that surpasses industry average.
