Inside Account Manager – Winnipeg
Our Client, a leader in industrial distribution, is ready to add an INSIDE ACCOUNT MANAGER to a progressive, fun sales team!
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and grow approximately 400-500 assigned accounts via phone
- Increase customer awareness through product and service offering
- Grow revenue with these customers
- Schedule customers on a rotating call cycle while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Achieve sales and profit targets provided by the DSM
- Maintain customer records while producing weekly activity reports
- Communicate regularly with the District Sales Manager regarding issues and opportunities
- Exhibit a high level of relevant product knowledge
- Fax, email and mail customers flyers and sales information
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1 year of successful sales experience, preferably in an Inside Sales environment
- Advanced computer literacy including Microsoft applications, CRM and ability to learn proprietary software
- Enthusiastic, ability to work independently and strong time management skills
- Resourceful, strong sense of initiative and drive to succeed
- Superior interpersonal and customer relationships building skills
- High-energy professional with strong listening skills
- Strong typing skills, ability to multitask
- Demonstrated team-player
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of the selling process is beneficial
